Day Program Direct Support

Avondale House is seeking a Direct Support professional to assist participants in its day program for adults with autism and intellectual disabilities. The role involves training clients in daily living and pre-vocational skills, supervising volunteer assignments, and driving participants to appointments and community activities. This position requires a compassionate individual who can build rapport, maintain safety, and support participants in reaching their full potential.
