The Day Program Lead Staff assists the manager in overseeing daily operations of the Chrysalis Day Program, supervising and supporting Direct Support Professionals while ensuring participants' medical, financial, and recreational needs are met. The role involves coordinating person‑centered plans, maintaining appropriate staff ratios, and handling crisis situations.
Chrysalis provides intermitent or 24 hour care for people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a residential program as well as a foster family option complete with day services, behavioral, nursing, activity planning, and other services. We also offer ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism.
