Day Services Director – West Campus

Skyland Trail is seeking a master’s level mental health clinician to serve as the Day Services Director for the West Campus, working alongside the Rollins Campus director to lead clinical programming for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy recovery communities. This leadership role involves coordinating and supervising recovery teams, developing clinical programming, and ensuring the effective implementation of evidence-based treatment models. The position requires strong clinical supervision skills, program development expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support client recovery and staff development.
