Day shift

This role is responsible for managing internal and external phone calls while providing exceptional guest service at the Silver Mountain Lodge. The position involves checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and resolving issues to ensure a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
