Day Surgery Charge Nurse

The Day Surgery Charge Nurse provides leadership and coverage across both the preoperative and postoperative phases of care, supporting patient flow and coordination throughout the Day Surgery continuum. This part-time role involves managing the overall operations of a defined patient care unit during an assigned shift, including monitoring and directing patient care, coordinating unit activities, and making staff assignments. The position also assists with staff recruitment, hiring, competency evaluation, and coaching in collaboration with the Manager or Supervisor.
