Daytime Hotline Advocate (Part-time)

The Daytime Hotline Advocate provides crisis intervention, de-escalation, and referral services to individuals in Yates, Ontario, and Seneca Counties who have experienced domestic and family violence, child abuse, and sexual violence. This role serves as the primary point of contact through the agency's hotline, assessing immediate needs, providing emotional support, and connecting individuals with appropriate resources. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely follow-up on assigned referrals.
