The Danaher Business System (DBS) Leader for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics APAC is responsible for implementing and sustaining Danaher’s continuous improvement system across commercial functions in the Asia Pacific region. Based in Malaysia/Thailand/Singapore, the role partners with senior leadership to optimize commercial operational performance, drive productivity and profitability, and develop long-term commercial strategies. This position is part of the APAC leadership team and focuses on embedding DBS tools and philosophies to deliver measurable business results.
