About this role
The Distribution Center Maintenance Manager oversees the Maintenance Department and is responsible for the upkeep and operation of facility equipment and infrastructure at the distribution center. This role serves as the primary contact for construction and major repairs on company property and supports the Distribution Center Manager in decision-making. The manager also mentors and develops team leads for future maintenance leadership roles.
