DCX Client Services - Home-Based Import Specialist

The Import Specialist will process vendor purchase orders, maintain order and shipment records, and communicate action items throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle. Reporting to the Import Manager, the role involves using NetSuite and tracking tools to monitor inbound shipments, identify potential delays, and provide regular updates and forecasts to operations and management. This remote, full‑time position supports international logistics and supply chain operations for a BPO serving U.S. clients.
