About this role

The Controllership Analyst ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records within the Financial Reporting & Controls tower by executing timely journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls. This role supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, coordinates with cross-functional finance teams, and assists in internal and external audits. The position also involves identifying control gaps, recommending process improvements, and maintaining audit-ready documentation in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies
Execute balance sheet account reconciliations with appropriate supporting documentation
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and validations
Execute and evidence assigned key internal controls and audit requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional finance teams to resolve reconciling items and close dependencies

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA Certification
