About this role
The Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Therapist at RHA Health Services provides outpatient clinical assessments and therapy to deaf and hard of hearing children and adults with mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance use challenges. The role supports clients in achieving personal outcomes and greater independence while integrating Deaf culture and ASL communication. Providers coordinate care with treatment teams and community resources across RHA service areas.

Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree (Psychology, Social Work, Education, Nursing, Sociology or related)
- Masters Degree (Psychology, Social Work, Education, Nursing, Sociology or related)
- Psychologist (PhD)
- Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Psychiatric, ANCC Certification)
- Valid Driver's License
- Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
