DeafBlind Coordinator, American Sign Language Tactile Interpreter

The DeafBlind Coordinator, American Sign Language Tactile Interpreter provides tactile American Sign Language interpretation and coordinates volunteer interpreters to support clients during Braille appointments, classes, and programs. This role leads weekly Tactile American Sign Language and ProTactile communication classes for the DeafBlind community while collaborating with leadership to strengthen programs and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. The position also involves supporting volunteer recruitment and training and delivering translation and coordination services across multiple Southern California Centers.
