As the first Deal Desk hire at Profound, you will build the entire function from the ground up to power the company's revenue engine. This foundational role involves partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal to establish commercial discipline, design approval workflows, and integrate AI solutions to automate deal processes. You will serve as the trusted advisor for complex enterprise deals, ensuring pricing accuracy and operational simplicity while scaling the business.
