Deal Structurer - Power

A Deal Structurer in the Power team at Shell Energy Europe responsible for modelling and valuing complex asset-backed power transactions across European markets. The role supports growth of the European power portfolio, working closely with originators, traders and internal stakeholders, and involves participation in external customer meetings across Europe. It requires strong commercial awareness of the European power and regulatory landscape and the ability to develop valuation methodology and models.
