The Dealer Consultant (DC) is a field-based position and is the single point of contact for the Ford and Lincoln Dealers for FordDirect’s suite of dealer products and services. The primary role of the DC is to consult Ford and Lincoln Dealers on all aspects of the digital landscape and ensure they are aware of and optimizing FordDirect’s products and services, driving the success of their digital footprint.
