PwC Spain is seeking a Manager to join the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) Financial Advisor Team in Madrid. The team provides financial services globally, advising corporate and private equity clients throughout the entire M&A deal process, from pricing negotiations to post-closing reviews. This role offers opportunities for international collaboration as part of a growing team within PwC's Transaction Services practice.
