Dean of Students

The Dean of Students plays a key leadership role in creating a safe, inclusive, and student-centered school environment by reinforcing high behavioral expectations, restorative practices, and trauma-informed approaches. This position supports the Principal's initiatives with equitable, well-documented, and non-exclusionary school-wide discipline systems aligned with network policies. The role involves collaborating with school leadership to strengthen student culture, classroom structures, behavior interventions, and school climate while providing coaching and professional development for staff.
