Reporting directly to the Dean, this role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced international academic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the Dean's calendar and institutional engagements
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
Coordinate meetings and events led by the Dean's Office
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with the preparation and distribution of surveys and presentations
