Death Claims Operations Manager

The role provides strategic and operational leadership for GAP death claims and Section 37C death‑benefit administration, ensuring claims are processed in line with policy terms, fund rules, legal requirements and service commitments. It is responsible for building a high‑performing, customer‑focused operation, managing risk, driving continuous improvement and delivering accurate, timely outcomes for claimants, beneficiaries and stakeholders.
