Debt Collection Agent - German Speaking

The Debt Collection Agent will be responsible for conducting outbound and inbound calls to customers in the German and Austrian markets, ensuring effective communication and negotiation of payment agreements. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. This position requires fluency in German and English, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in shifts between 10 AM and 8 PM.
