Deburr Operator – 2nd Shift

The Deburr Operator on the 2nd shift is responsible for identifying and removing burrs, sharp edges, and raised material from machined components using hand tools and various deburring machines. The role involves setting up and operating multiple production machines, inspecting work for quality, entering data into the ERP system, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a fully onsite, 4‑day work week environment.
