Decisioning Intelligence Lead

This role involves partnering with business, operations, and technology teams to implement recommendations, test their effectiveness, and refine them while balancing commercial value, customer fairness, and regulatory obligations. The position focuses on reducing arrears and bad debt through data-driven insights and controlled testing.
