Deck Bosun/Bas

The Deck Bosun/Bas is responsible for overseeing all deck operations onboard the vessel, ensuring fishing and deck gear are fully operational and maintained within budget. This role involves managing deck personnel, optimizing trawl deck operations during fishery, and maintaining up-to-date inventory and handover notes. The position requires strict adherence to safety protocols and active participation in HSE activities and drills.
