The Dedicated Aide Manager is a full-time school-based leader responsible for overseeing the Dedicated Aide program to support students with disabilities within DCI’s Special Education/Student Supports structure. The role supports inclusive education in a multilingual IB environment and helps ensure staff are prepared, supported, and aligned with school expectations. The position contributes to school-wide culture through engagement in language and cultural activities and participation in after-school programming.
