DEF CTO Cyber Capability Lead

As a Cyber Capability Practice Lead & Director, you will lead a defined practice spanning Zero Trust, Full-Spectrum Cyber, and OT/ICS environments to deliver secure, mission-aligned modernization outcomes. You will act as a triple-threat leader by partnering with growth teams to shape pursuits, managing high-performing remote teams, and co-leading IRAD workstreams to transition emerging technologies into differentiated customer outcomes. The role requires translating mission requirements into architectures aligned with Zero Trust and RMF while driving end-to-end Defense solutioning and delivery excellence.
