This role ensures adherence to agency guidelines, investor reporting requirements, and regulatory standards while supporting loss mitigation and servicing operations. The specialist validates and transmits default status codes, reconciles discrepancies, and maintains data integrity across all default reporting channels. They also partner with various teams to ensure accurate loan status progression and resolve reporting exceptions.
