Default Team Supervisor

This full-time, hybrid role supervises the daily activities of the default team and assists in establishing procedures, monitoring performance, and providing guidance. The position ensures efficient and effective default operations of residential and consumer portfolio loans while maintaining compliance with GSE investor guidelines and CFPB mortgage servicing regulations. The incumbent oversees investor claims, property inspection, and successor in interest processes to drive operational effectiveness and risk mitigation.
