Defect Specialist

The Defect Specialist will support Stockland's centralised defect management function by coordinating the assessment, tracking and resolution of post‑settlement defects across residential communities. The role involves working closely with customers, builder partners and internal stakeholders to ensure defects are accurately triaged, managed and resolved in a timely manner, while maintaining high‑quality records and proactive communication.
