Defence Export Compliance Manager - EMEA

The EMEA Defense Trade Compliance Manager will build and lead regional defense export compliance capability for Plexus across EMEA, initially establishing programs in Romania and supporting future implementation in Poland while overseeing the UK program. This role serves as the primary subject-matter expert on EU export controls for military and defense manufacturing and advises senior leadership on regulatory matters. The position is remote within the European Union and works closely with corporate teams, government authorities, customers, and suppliers to enable compliant defense manufacturing operations.
