KBR is seeking a highly experienced Senior Test and Evaluation Manager to support a high-priority air-to-ground weapon acquisition program at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The role involves providing senior-level test and evaluation planning, execution oversight, technical analysis, and decision support to ensure the weapon system meets performance requirements and program objectives. The selected candidate will lead complex weapon-test programs and help resolve technical, schedule, cost, and test-execution risks.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test and evaluation strategies for weapon acquisition programs
Lead complex weapon-system test events and coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders
Analyze test data and support root-cause analysis to resolve technical anomalies and deficiencies
