Defense Litigation Paralegal

Cole, Scott & Kissane is seeking an experienced defense litigation paralegal with at least five years of recent defense litigation experience, specifically in construction defect cases, for its Plantation office. The role involves preparing discovery responses, summarizing medical records, managing large document productions, and using case management systems such as iManage and Litify. Candidates must be certified through a paralegal program, NALA, or be a Florida Registered Paralegal.
