About this role

This role supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) by providing GIG/Defense Information System Network (DISN) services within the 24x7 DISA Global Operations Center. The position involves monitoring network alarms, executing network operations, and resolving incidents to ensure maximum network availability for Department of Defense and national security organizations. The role requires working in a 24x7 shift environment, including nights and weekends, and maintaining an active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Execute network operations and configure customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks
Monitor network alarms and resolve incidents using Service Now platform
Provide situational awareness and support to leadership and impacted communities

Qualifications

DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)DoD Top Secret security clearance
