About this role

The Delivery Director is a senior leader responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of client engagements across JD Power OEM programs. This dual-mandate role serves as the primary stakeholder contact while leading project managers and delivery professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The position focuses on strategic planning, program delivery, quality and risk management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
