Delivery Enablement

This role leads the AI Solutions roadmap for the India delivery organization, setting portfolio strategy and prioritizing workstreams across various practice lines. The position involves managing a team of 10 to 15 professionals, driving talent strategy, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions and automation platforms. The role requires establishing engineering and responsible AI standards, selecting AI tooling stacks, and reporting on portfolio-level KPIs to senior stakeholders. Additionally, the position supports business development, knowledge sharing, and firm-building initiatives to scale AI adoption.
