About this role

As a Delivery Operations Team Lead in Talent Acquisition, you will own end-to-end hiring delivery for a portfolio, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will lead multi-layered teams across sourcing, screening, and scheduling pods while driving process excellence, vendor governance, and workforce planning. Responsibilities
