About this role

The Delivery Systems Administrator manages the roadmap and daily operations of project delivery tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, and Monday.com to support Agile product and engineering teams. The role partners with vendors, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and IT SMEs to maximize tool functionality, drive reporting/BI improvements, and minimize technical and business risk. This is a hybrid position based in Newton, MA, requiring onsite work three days per week at Bright Horizons, an education and care company.
