Demand and Supply Planning Lead

This role leads the Brazil direct-operation demand and supply planning processes, including demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP coordination, and inventory management. The position consolidates demand signals from various departments to create reliable forecasts and executable supply plans while managing purchase planning and critical-item follow-ups. It serves as a key interface between local functions, LATAM Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and the Import/Trade team to improve forecast quality and product availability.
