Demand Business Process Expert

The Demand Business Process Expert supports the Global Demand Process Owner in designing, proving, and deploying the global demand planning process within Haleon's Supply Chain Planning Centre of Excellence. This role covers the full demand chain, from statistical baseline generation to consensus demand review, ensuring adherence to forecasting principles and driving operational excellence. The position involves process design, performance management, data and system alignment, and leading change across multiple markets.
