About this role
The Demand Forecasting Lead Scientist will advance and grow NLR’s demand-side energy forecasting research within the Strategic Energy Analysis and Decision Sciences (SEADS) directorate. The role focuses on developing future scenarios and analyses to inform policymakers, utilities, and industry about electrification, demand response, and large-load siting. The position is externally facing, collaborating with DOE, national labs, and industry while mentoring and building multidisciplinary teams.
