Demand Planner and S&OE Planner

This role supports the Lubricants Americas business by developing forecast models and managing demand planning for a portfolio of thousands of finished goods SKUs. The position involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to incorporate business strategies and marketing initiatives into risked volume and value forecasts. The planner will drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and balance supply and demand across multiple sales channels.
