Demand Planner & Customer Service Specialist

The Bel Group is seeking a Demand Planner & Customer Service Specialist to support its Australia New Zealand business by leading the local demand planning process and ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams. This role involves building reliable forecasts, driving forecast accuracy, and managing inventory visibility while also supporting customer service and logistics follow-up to secure service levels and customer satisfaction. The position combines data-driven forecasting with hands-on customer service and logistics coordination to support business growth across the ANZ region.
