Demand Planner – Data Center

The Demand Planner – Data Center leads the end‑to‑end demand planning cycle for AFL’s Data Center Business Unit, managing complex, project‑based demand from hyperscale customers within the Integrated Business Planning framework. The role is responsible for delivering accurate rolling forecasts, developing project‑tracking methodologies, and improving forecast quality while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior planners.
