Demand Planner

The Senior Planner at Rowan is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through data-driven merchandise and inventory planning across items, categories, and brands. Reporting to the Director of Inventory Management, this role develops and manages financial and demand forecasts, inventory strategies, and business performance analyses. The position partners closely with buying, inventory, finance, and other cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and financial targets. It sits within a fast-paced, growth-oriented retail environment focused on ear piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
