Demand Planner

The Demand Planner at Cabot Creamery is responsible for forecasting finished‑good items across all product categories for retail, foodservice, and commodity channels. The role develops weekly and monthly forecasts using statistical models, trade promotion data, and sales history, and participates in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Additionally, the planner provides sales reporting, supports budgeting, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
