Demand Planner

The Demand Planner at Medik8 serves as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Production, and Logistics, responsible for forecasting demand and optimizing regional stock deployment. This role involves generating statistical baseline forecasts, facilitating Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, and ensuring high stock health and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align product availability with manufacturing capabilities and mitigate slow-moving inventory.
