About this role

The Demand Planning Manager at Etched is responsible for managing demand-supply forecasting and inventory alignment for new product introductions and volume production. This role involves generating weekly and quarterly demand-supply plans, evaluating risks, and implementing contingency strategies, while collaborating closely with manufacturing and supply management teams to ensure executable build plans. The position also requires monitoring builds and inventory levels, leading scenario planning under constraints, and continuously improving demand planning processes and tools. Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering or supply chain with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
