About this role

The Demand Planning Manager owns the Commercial Aircraft Group's unconstrained demand plan across original equipment, aftermarket, and MRO business segments. This role aligns customer demand signals, market intelligence, and business assumptions into a single demand plan to drive operational, supply chain, financial, and inventory planning activities. The position serves as the subject matter expert within the Integrated Business Planning operating model, supporting revenue, working capital, and profit forecasting decisions.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain unconstrained rolling demand plan across Commercial Aircraft Group product lines
Lead monthly Demand Review process within Integrated Business Planning framework
Develop and maintain forecasting models using statistical and assumption-driven methodologies
