The Demand Planning SIOP Manager at Hawaiian Host Group leads the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process to support business performance across Mauna Loa and Hawaiian Host brands. The role is responsible for building accurate, data-driven demand plans using internal and external intelligence, including syndicated data and retailer inputs. This position works closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing to align forecasts, capacity, and inventory. It is a highly visible role that requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
