Demand Planning

This role involves developing the 0-24-month Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forecast by brand and SKU level, coordinating with sales, marketing, and other partners to build and refine the demand plan. The position requires managing the forecast compilation process, including short-term weekly plans and long-term forecasts, while interacting with modeling teams to generate statistical forecasts. The role also focuses on continuous improvement of the demand management cycle, root-cause analysis for service issues, and ensuring effective communication between commercial and operational teams to support business KPIs.
