Demand Specialist

The Demand Specialist is responsible for forecasting and consolidating future demand while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, business trade-offs, and optimal inventory levels. This role involves developing statistical demand forecasting models, analyzing demand plans across product lines, and leading monthly demand planning meetings as part of the S&OP process. The position reports to the regional Demand Manager and requires strong analytical skills to monitor forecast accuracy and manage product lifecycle transitions.
